🔥 If you’re like most people, you want results yesterday. Unfortunately in life that’s not the way it works. But remember that things worth having don’t come easy, and things that come easy aren’t usually worth having. -
- Most of us know when it comes to fat loss it means to eat right and exercise. But when a lot of people try to apply this, this is usually where a lot of us go in the wrong direction. We end up going on crash diets, cut out all sugar, carbs, taste ;p, do tons of cardio & basically live in the gym... eventually this leads to rebounds, crashes and before you know it you’re back at square 1 and probably even worse off then when you began! ( Or at least I’ve done all these at one time or another, can you relate?!) 😭
- It really doesn’t have to be that way at all tho, and it shouldn’t. Fat loss shouldn’t be a quick fix, or something so extreme you can’t sustain it, or something that deprives you of energy, enjoying your food, and definitely shouldn’t require you spending hours in the gym! No matter your goal, fat loss, muscle gain or whatever it is, it should be a lifestyle and something you can sustain, maintain and enjoy!
- This is exactly why I love my fitness and nutrition lifestyle. It’s so simple, it doesn’t consume my life and I enjoy it very much. Intermittent fasting, so I can have huge and incredibly satisfying meals that leave me full for hours and don’t leave me deprived or counting down the clock till my next meal. Just remember to get enough protein to support muscle and then you can be more flexible with the remaining calories to incorporate more foods you love and enjoy. -
- Finally, get up and move a little when you can during the day. Get at least 10,000 steps a day and lift heavy weights a few times a week at least.
